I'm unfunk.
I am a musician, a nerd, a car enthusiast, and a customer service professional.
On this blog, you'll find posts from me regarding all of those topics, if not more. Customer service is a bit of a passion of mine, having worked the "grunt" position in call centres for nine years or so.
In this time, I've built up a bucketload of experience of what I perceive to be positive and negative behaviours that are often on display in the various centres. I intend to address that here.
I may not be all formal in my language, but that's just who I am. My experience is valuable, and I think other people can benefit from it. I hope you can.
